What happens next?
● Your recipient will get your invitation via email and text (if applicable).
● They will fill out the matching questionnaire and get matched with a therapist.
● Once matched, they can start their therapy journey with a licensed therapist. You will not get charged until they are matched.
What if my gift recipient does not like their therapist?
The recipient is free to transfer therapists at any time. Human Institute employs numerous therapists with diverse credentials and areas of competence.
How much will it cost?
Your loved one can receive professional treatment at Human Institute for about $150 per week, billed every four weeks. A subscription with the Human Institute includes unlimited text, video, and audio messaging, in-office visits, and home service. Once your beneficiary is matched with a therapist, the subscription is invoiced and renewed every four weeks. It includes the use of the protected site and the actual therapy service.
Will I be charged now?
No. You will be charged when your recipient is matched with a therapist. We will also notify you via email.
When does the gift membership end?
You can stop covering the cost of therapy at any time. If you stop, your recipient can continue out of pocket without any interruption. We will also stop renewing the subscription if your recipient decides to quit therapy.
