Human Institute works with several major commercial PPO insurance plans. Our team verifies your benefits before your first appointment so there are no surprises.

In-Network PPO Plans

We are currently in-network with the following commercial PPO plans:

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey — Commercial PPO plans

Note: We do not currently accept Medicare, Medicaid, HMO plans, EAP plans, Oxford, or marketplace/exchange plans.

Benefits Verification Process

Before your first session, our administrative team will:

1. Contact your insurance company directly to verify your mental health benefits

2. Confirm your deductible, copay, and out-of-pocket information

3. Let you know exactly what to expect before your appointment

Out-of-Pocket & Private Pay
