About:
Jessica Tadros, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey with extensive experience supporting children and adolescents in school-based settings. She works with children and teens navigating social-emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, academic stress, peer relationships, family concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Jessica has experience working with students with a variety of disabilities and individual support needs and understands how emotional, behavioral, family, and school-related concerns can affect a young person’s overall well-being. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where children and adolescents feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop confidence and healthy coping skills.

Approach:
Jessica takes a compassionate, individualized, and child-centered approach to supporting children and adolescents. Drawing from her background in school social work, she considers the connection between a child’s emotional health, behavior, relationships, family environment, and academic experience. Jessica has worked closely with students, parents, educators, multidisciplinary teams, and community resources to identify needs and develop appropriate supports. Her experience includes psychosocial assessment, advocacy, IEP and 504-related support, emotional regulation concerns, and behavioral challenges. She strives to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where young clients can express themselves openly, strengthen coping and communication skills, and work toward meaningful emotional and personal growth.
