About:

Brittany is a Licensed Associate Counselor who offers a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment to help clients be their full selves and reach their therapeutic goals. Her experience includes working with a diverse population facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship problems, sociocultural issues, complex trauma, abuse, and infant and maternal mental health. Brittany also has extensive experience working with those who have intersecting marginalized identities and the LGBTQIA+ community. She is a trained birth doula and holds master's degrees in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Brittany believes in meeting people where they are at. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Humanistic, Existential, and Attachment-based therapies, and she utilizes a range of modalities such as CBT, Social-Emotional Learning, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs. She is committed to providing accessible, equitable, and culturally competent mental health care, and believes in fostering authentic therapeutic relationships to empower clients to achieve personal growth.
