Biography:
Marcia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience that spans over 30
years, primarily in management and most notably in numerous aspects of
supervision. Her supervisory roles include training and certification for
internships and licensure. Marcia also has extensive experience working with
individuals and families, grant writing, community outreach, program
development and quality assurance. Her work with children and adults includes
the co-occurring and substance use populations in numerous settings.
Approach:
Marcia’s supervisory focus is on trauma, grief, EMDR and cognitive behavioral
therapy. Her primary objective for clinical supervision includes comprehensive
training that will enhance and enrich the lives of those suffering from mental
health issues. Additionally, her intrinsic objective for supervisees is to promote
curiosity, a quest for diverse approaches and knowledge.
