Personal Approach:
I approach clients from a biopsychosocial-spiritual framework, incorporating intersectional theory, minority stress theory, feminist theory, psychosocial developmental theory, and conflict theory. My mission is to integrate the approaches and skills of CBT, EFT, Crisis intervention model, narrative therapy model, task-centered practice, and the problem-solving model into my practice. I use strength-based best practice approaches combined with cultural competence and a passion for social change to empower my clients to participate in positive self-change actively.
